Now this is a use I haven’t thought of yet. Apart from a encyclopedia with pictures, information and sounds about plants and animals, it also comes with a flower camera. This feature combines some questions about the plant in question with picture taking and then tells you what flower you see. I’m starting to see a wide variety of uses for this^^
If this comes out in the west I’m so getting it! :)
Last week I wrote a review of El Shaddai: Ascention of the Metatron. As I really loved the game (I have a graphic fetish, it just looks too awesome), I want to share my review with you, which was posted on games.ch.
What I will play, on the other hand, is Harvest Moon: The Land’s Origin. I’ve been working hard to finish every Harvest Moon game I can get my hands on… ;) At the moment I’m in the last months of “Hero of Leaf Valley” and am looking forward to “The Grand Bazaar”, which will be released soon.
I’ve been fascinated by Harvest Moon since I played the first one on the SNES as a child and every game continues to give me countless hours of fun and achievements… :)
I am setting up this tumblr to collect interesting stuff, mostly concerning game design, at some place in the internet. I do share some of it on Twitter, even less on Facebook, but most of it just goes forgotten.
I will start off with an article I mentioned to fellow game designer (@xeophin on Twitter) today at TEDxZurich, about the new Cars 2 iPad game, where you can play with real toy cars on the iPad surface.
